If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
• Use the website in a way that violates applicable law

• Use website content to create misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or infringing material
• Remove copyright, trademark, branding, attribution, or other ownership notices
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit protected website materials without authorization
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all website content is owned by or licensed to AaronPhillip Publishing LLC.
Protected content may include:
• Brand names, logos, taglines, and visual identities
• Website copy, designs, layouts, graphics, and photography

Accessing the website or purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, republished, sold, licensed, or used commercially unless these Terms, the applicable product description, or written permission expressly allow it.
All third-party names, trademarks, content, and materials remain the property of
their respective owners.
5. DIGITAL RESOURCES AND DOWNLOAD LICENSE
When you obtain a digital resource from the website, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use it for its stated purpose.
Unless a specific product license says otherwise, you may:
• Download and retain a personal working copy
• Print copies for your own use
• Use the resource within your own recording sessions or internal creative operations
• Share working copies with people directly participating in the applicable session when reasonably necessary
You may not:
• Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the resource
• Upload the resource to a public website, file-sharing service, membership library, marketplace, or shared repository
• Distribute blank copies as your own product or free resource
• Remove branding, copyright notices, attribution, or ownership information
• Convert the resource into another commercial product, template, course, application, or service
• Claim authorship or ownership of the resource or its underlying system
Each recording session should use a separate working copy when the resource is designed to create an individual session record.
6. TITAN SESSION READY
TITAN Session Ready is an operational readiness and documentation system intended to support clearer pre-session communication, responsibility, issue tracking, and decision-making.
It does not:
• Guarantee that a session will succeed
• Guarantee any creative, technical, financial, or commercial result
• Replace professional judgment
• Replace contracts, legal advice, safety procedures, studio policies, medical guidance, or technical requirements
• Determine legal responsibility between participants
• Certify that a person, facility, system, or session is safe or legally compliant
Users remain responsible for confirming the requirements applicable to their own session, location, equipment, agreements, participants, and working conditions.
A readiness status reflects the information provided and confirmed during the process. It is not an independent warranty, certification, or guarantee by APMG.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
• Reviewing instructions before using a resource
• Entering accurate and complete information
• Saving appropriate working copies and backups
• Confirming that your software can open and save the applicable file format
• Verifying the final contents of any completed document
• Obtaining necessary participant approvals, permissions, or signatures
• Protecting confidential, personal, proprietary, or sensitive session information
• Complying with contracts, studio rules, safety requirements, and applicable laws
Do not enter highly sensitive information into a downloadable document unless you have determined that doing so is appropriate and secure.
8. ORDERS AND PURCHASES
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping charges, taxes, and other purchase details are presented on the applicable product page or during checkout.
By placing an order, you represent that:
• The information you provide is complete and accurate
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the displayed amount
• Your purchase is for lawful purposes
An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We may cancel or decline an order because of product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method when reasonably possible.
9. PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency stated during checkout and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, processing costs, or other fees will be shown before the order is submitted when required.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment processing is subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
10. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND FULFILLMENT
Physical products may be fulfilled directly by APMG or through third-party production and fulfillment providers, including Printful when applicable.
Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs because of differences in screens, manufacturing, printing, materials, or production batches.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur because of production schedules, carrier operations, weather, address issues, supply limitations, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged when permitted by law.
Availability, shipping destinations, and delivery options may vary by product.
11. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products and free resources may be delivered through an on-screen download, email, account access, or another electronic method.
You are responsible for:
• Providing a valid email address
• Checking spam, junk, and promotional folders
• Downloading files within any stated access period
• Maintaining your own backup after delivery
• Using compatible software and devices
If a download link is defective or the delivered file is corrupted, contact us so that we can reasonably attempt to restore access or replace the affected file.
12. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the policy presented with the applicable product, service, or order.
Because products may include digital downloads, made-to-order merchandise, physical media, and independently fulfilled items, eligibility may differ by product type.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, replacement, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
A separate Return and Refund Policy may provide additional terms and will become part of these Terms when posted.
13. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
If you expressly choose to receive TITAN Session Ready guidance, product updates, announcements, or other promotional communications, we may send marketing messages to the email address you provide.
Marketing consent is optional. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional, download-delivery, purchase, security, or service-related messages.
14. USER SUBMISSIONS AND FEEDBACK
You retain ownership of original content you submit through contact forms, inquiries, reviews, messages, or other website features.
You grant us a limited permission to use, store, process, and transmit submitted content as reasonably necessary to:
• Respond to your request
• Provide a product or service
• Operate and protect the website
• Maintain appropriate business records
• Comply with legal obligations
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or general feedback about the website or our offerings, we may use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Do not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, shipping providers, fulfillment providers, media platforms, social networks, embedded content, and external websites.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, privacy practices, or performance.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms and policies issued by that provider.
16. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We work to keep the website and its resources available, accurate, and secure. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security events, third-party interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the website without prior notice when reasonably necessary.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content, downloads, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make warranties that:
• The website will always be available, secure, or error-free
• All content will always be complete, current, or free from technical inaccuracies
• A resource will satisfy every user’s particular requirements
• Use of a product or system will produce a specific creative, operational, financial, or commercial result
• Every compatibility, printing, software, device, or delivery issue can be prevented
Certain warranties or consumer protections may apply by law and are not excluded where exclusion is prohibited.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AaronPhillip Publishing LLC, its brands, owners, representatives, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with:
• Use of or inability to use the website
• Reliance on website content or downloadable resources
• Lost files, data, profits, revenue, opportunities, or business
• Recording-session delays, cancellations, conflicts, or outcomes
• Unauthorized access, third-party conduct, or service interruptions
• Products, services, links, or platforms provided by third parties
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AaronPhillip Publishing LLC and its owners, brands, representatives, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Content you submit through the website
• Your misuse, resale, or unauthorized distribution of protected materials
This section does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
20. PRIVACY
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before submitting information or making a purchase.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, offerings, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate method.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
22. TERMINATION
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website or an offering if we reasonably believe that:
• These Terms have been violated
• The website is being misused
• Fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity has occurred
• Restriction is necessary to protect users, APMG, or third parties
• An offering has been discontinued
Provisions concerning intellectual property, licenses, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination where applicable.
23. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.
Any legal proceeding that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey, subject to any consumer rights or mandatory legal protections that apply where you live.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
25. NO WAIVER
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any posted Return and Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms presented during purchase constitute the agreement between you and AaronPhillip Publishing LLC concerning the applicable use, product, or transaction.
Product-specific terms control if they expressly conflict with a general provision in these Terms.
